The Big XII writers have released their preseason poll and Iowa State finally beats Texas Tech at something meaningful (other than those games on the field). Picked 8th out of 10 teams, the Cyclones are ahead of both Texas Tech and Kansas. Oklahoma, West Virginia, and Texas round out the top three.
