Iowa State football picked up another commitment in the class of 2017 on Thursday night after Cordarrius Bailey, a weak side defensive end out of Clarksdale, Mississippi announced his intent to attend school in Ames. Bailey is ranked as a 3-star according to 247Sports and is 6-foot-4, 215 pounds.

Other schools that offered Bailey included Mississippi State, Louisville, Memphis and more, and he was also drawing interest from Nebraska and Ole Miss.
Bailey becomes the 19th commitment of Iowa State’s football class of 2017. Only Kam White, an athlete also out of Mississippi, is rated higher so far in the class. You can check out the entire list of Cyclone recruits here.
