HEY, AT LEAST IT WASN'T KEITON. Le'Bryan Nash apostrophied the Cyclones yesterday with a fadeaway to break the tie, then blocked Chris Allen's layup at the buzzer as the Cowboys won 69-67, continuing their streak over Iowa State at Historic(ally empty) Gallagher-Iba Arena dating back to 1988. Allen was incredibly impressive otherwise, going 6 of 9 from 3 point land.

LARRY COACHED FROM A TRAILER. A good interview with Larry Eustachy, including the revelation his office was a trailer for THREE YEARS.

I HOPE MARCUS LATTIMORE LIKES TATTOOS. South Carolina just hired the former compliance director at Ohio State.

OMG LET'S RECRUIT THIS GUY! A 7 foot 5 high school basketball player. That's all that needed to be said.

NOW THIS IS A RIVALRY. I hate to add to the hype surrounding Duke-UNC, but when the rivalry is separated by ONE point over the last 75 meetings, I'd say it's worthy of all of our attention (ESPN, 8 PM CT)

TEBOWZILLA VS. BRADY KONG. The New York Times decided to scale NFL players’ heights according to the number of times they were mentioned on "SportsCenter" or "Sunday N.F.L. Countdown".

NEPOTISM RULES! Iowa hires Phil Parker to replace Norm Parker (actually no relation, seriously) to be their new defensive coordinator. This still leaves the offensive coordinator position open at Iowa. Stay tuned though, because we'll be helping Iowa narrow down the choices later today.
