PLAYED TO THEIR SEEDING. The Cyclone men fell to #1 overall seed Kentucky, 87-71 on Saturday. If you're concerned about Royce White going to the NBA after this season then the worst possible outcome happened on Saturday with a loss but a dominating performance by White ( 23 points, 9 rebounds).

BUT THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT. Randy Peterson looks at the steps the team took this year and how it sets up for next year's success.

FRED IS SO PROUD! We posted his locker room speech yesterday, but head coach Fred Hoiberg is proud of the strides his team took this season and Steve Malchow looks at their impact on the rest of Cyclone Nation.

WOMEN GONE TOO. The Cyclone women fell to #7 seed Green Bay 71-57 in Hilton Coliseum on Saturday to end their season. Poor shooting and turnovers were ultimately the undoing of the women but on the bright side they return Chelsea Poppens next year and will have a battle tested team.

WTF WRESTLING?! Kevin Jackson's hot seat heats up even more after a 35th place finish at the NCAA Wrestling Championships in St. Louis this weekend. Cael Sanderson's Penn State Nittany Lions won their second championship in a row and will have a target firmly on their backs when they come to Des Moines in 2013.
