CAPITAL CITY LEAGUE FINALE. Jameel McKay was named the Capital City League MVP and led the Walnut Creek YMCA squad to a 111-106 championship victory over ADIO Chiropractic last night.

SKILLS CONTEST. Iowa State swept the skills competition with 3sus bringing home the Three Point Contest trophy and Dustin Hogue winning the Slam Dunk Contest.

TRASH TALK. Buddy Hield is talking trash out in Las Vegas about Oklahoma winning the Big XII next year, and Georges Niang doesn't like it too much.

WORKING HARD. Sherron Dorsey-Walker talked about the work he's putting in this summer and how he has one goal in mind: to contribute.

CATCHING UP. The Big XII Network's Kristen Keith catches up with DeAndre Kane and Melvin Ejim at the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas:
