The Mid-Morning Dump - 9/8/14

JARVIS! JARVIS! JARVIS! One Jarvis for each TD he had on Saturday, as he picked up multiple national honors for his all-around performance against KSU. He was also named Big 12 special teams player of the week.

SWEET! ANOTHER REPRIMAND! Iowa State is the best school in the country at getting officials reprimanded.

AS SAM GOES, SO GOES THE TEAM. Sam Richardson's improvement on Saturday also led to improved results (though not on the W-L column) for the team.

PLAYER REACTIONS. Lots of postgame chatter about the improvements from week 1 to 2.

LITTLE BIG PLAYS. Kirk Haaland with the plays that didn't make the highlight reels but made a major impact on Farmageddon.

MISSING PRIDE. Travis Hines writes that Paul Rhoads must make the program one that fans will at least be proud to represent again.

LEVI DONE. The man who walked into Jack Trice on Saturday with the ridiculous beard and America blazer is now out for the season :(

OREGON CAN HANDLE THE POWER. That whole "Oregon can't win against power teams" narrative is gone after a second half domination of MSU.

TEXAS CRUSH. BYU kicked the crap out of Texas again, and Barking Carnival isn't pleased.

WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THE TREE? Stanford's new palm tree version of its mascot is even more awful.

RUBBER DEZ. Tony Romo wanted to have Dez Bryant split in half.

KARATE KID 84. Antonio Brown wasn't about to let a punter tackle him.

THAT RAY RICE VIDEO. The video of Ray Rice knocking out his then-fiance has been released.

A DEPRESSING MOVIE. The B1G's terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day as a movie.
