Coming in with great size at 6-foot-3, 255 pounds, Dominguez possesses the frame to develop into a terror on the defensive line for the Cyclones in the future. The strong side DE also claimed offers from Kansas, Northern Illinois and Oklahoma State on top of his ISU offer.
With the commitment from Dominguez, the new coaching staff at Iowa State has now pulled in seven commitments since the beginning of April for the class of 2017, as well as one for the class of 2018 (Alex Williams). Prior to Dominguez's announcement today, the Cyclones were ranked 27th overall in 247Sports' 2017 composite team recruiting rankings. Stay tuned to this page to see if today's addition will bump them into the top 25.
