There is no falling to UNI this time!
Iowa State has landed another commitment, as athlete John Nagel has flipped from UNI to the Cyclones. Nagel certainly will bolster depth in some areas of need.

Iowa State has picked up a commitment from in-state athlete John Nagel from West Delaware. Offered this week. pic.twitter.com/4IhhGVKyfa— Alex Halsted (@AlexHalsted) September 16, 2016
Iowa State offered Nagel on Sunday after impressing the coaching staff three games into the season. Nagel had offers from Air Force, Northern Illinois as well as Northern Iowa.
Nagel plays both tight end and defensive end for West Delaware. He currently has 135 receiving yards and two touchdowns along with 14 tackles and one sack. The coaching staff does not have an immediate position for him right now.
Nagel is the sixth Iowan in this year’s recruiting class. Iowa State only had one Iowan in the 2016 recruiting class. Nagel will also take his unofficial visit during next week’s game against San Jose State.
Look for Campbell and company to keep focusing on in state recruits.
