Iowa State fell to West Virginia yesterday and they also fell in the AP Poll on Sunday afternoon.
The Cyclones will go into Saturday’s battle with Oklahoma State ranked #12. This marks the third consecutive week that Iowa State is ranked. Oklahoma State comes in this week as the # team in the country and will be in Ames for an 11am kickoff. This will be the last ranked team Iowa State will face in the regular season schedule.

Also ranked out of the Big 12 is Oklahoma at #5, TCU at #8 and West Virginia returns to the poll at #23 after beating Iowa State on Saturday. With three weeks left in the Big XII schedule Iowa State still has a chance to find themselves in Dallas for the conference title game. It will take the Cyclones winning out and a few other teams to fall in the coming weeks.
Either way were are in for a few exciting weeks for football. Stay tuned to WRNL as we will continue to keep you covered.
