Iowa State Ranked 24th in CFB Poll

The first College Football Playoff rankings came out today and Iowa State jumps in at #24. The Cyclones have won three games in a row to improve their record from 1-3 to 4-3.

The Cyclones were ranked 21st to open up last year's rankings, they jumped as high 14th following a win against TCU.

Iowa State is one of the four teams in the Big 12 that is ranked. Oklahoma is the highest at #7, West Virginia is 13th, and future opponent Texas is 17th.

If Matt Campbell’s team takes care of business, they will only continue to jump.
