Iowa State had their sights set on a running back. Many believe Breece Hall was their number one, and he felt the same. Hall made his commitment to Iowa State known tonight via Twitter.

Hall is a 3-star prospect from Kansas. He had offers from Iowa, Tennessee, Kansas State and Michigan. Nathan Sheelhaase was the lead recruiter on Hall and kept pressing hard even when his recruitment started to heat up.
Last season at Northwest High School in Kansas, Hall rushed for 2,082 yards and 32 rushing touchdowns he also caught 12 passes for 130 yards and another three touchdowns. The similarities in offenses ran by his high school and Iowa State was an attractive part that drew him to Ames.
Iowa State now awaits other priorities such as Jirehl Brock and Grant Treiber as the push for the 2019 class rages on.
