Iowa State and Notre Dame have never played before, so Cyclone fans will be privileged to be the first to see their team square off against the gold-domes. Notre Dame finished at #15 in the final CFP Poll with an overall record of 10-2, including wins over Virginia and USC. The Irish’s two losses came to Michigan (45-14) and Georgia (23-17).
