Levi, Cole, and Marchie are back to talk about a busy news week in the Cyclone universe. First, we talked about the wins by both the men’s and women’s basketball team earlier this week. Both were great wins (and much needed in the case of the men), so we talked about what they mean for the rest of their respective seasons. We also discussed the new $25 million renovations planned for Hilton Coliseum, which will greatly expand the concourses and concession stands, as well as add new exterior lighting to give the building more aesthetic appeal.

Next, we touched on the news of Royce White beginning training to fight in MMA, with the hopes of eventually winning the UFC Heavyweight title. We gave our thoughts on what we think Royce’s potential as a fighter looks like, and what type of fighter we think he can be.
Finally, we talked about David Montgomery’s and Hakeem Butler’s weeks at the NFL Combine, and what strong performances could mean for each of them. Both are consensus Day 2 picks at the moment, but could Hakeem Butler sneak into the first round with a strong combine performance? We also list off a few potential landing spots for each player.
