Game Thread XXXIIV: Kansas State Part III

It’s the semi final round of the Big XII Tournament. Buckle up for another exciting evening in Cyclone basketball.

The Iowa State Cyclones (21-11; 10-9) improve to over .500 on the conference and hope to continue that this evening against the Kansas State Wildcats (25-7; 15-4) in the city that Cyclone fans just love; Kansas City, MO. The Cyclones are seeded #5 in for the tournament and the Wildcats are seeded #1. Time for an upset.

The last time these two played was in the Big Apple of Kansas back on February 16th. These two squads have split the season series in the Corn vs. Wheat slug fest. If that becomes a real thing, count me in. I’m thinking more like a Corn vs. Wheat Beer fest. Who’s in?!!
