Bill Fennelly was right. Bridget Carleton is the best player in the Big 12. The voters agree. The senior out of Canada averaged 21.9 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 4.2 assists per game while leading Iowa State to a second place finish in the Big 12.

Bridget is the first Cyclone woman to take home the honor of Big 12 POY. She will definitely not settle on this award because there is still a Big 12 tournament and NCAA Tournament to play.
