After Hakeem Butler and David Montgomery were drafted by the Arizona Cardinals and Chicago Bears respectively, most experts expected the draft to go without another Cyclone. After the draft, a few more Cyclones got a call to head to training camps. We’ll keep updating this as more people sign training camp contracts, but this is where we stand.
Brian Peavy - Arizona Cardinals
Kliff Kingsbury made a statement over the weekend, drafting a bunch of players from the Big 12 that he played against. He continued that after the draft by offering a minicamp tryout to Brian Peavy

Willie Harvey - Cleveland Browns & Jacksonville Jaguars
The versatile outside linebacker likely was overlooked for the draft due to his size, but he’s gotten invites to two minicamp tryouts in Cleveland and Jacksonville.
Iowa State linebacker Willie Harvey is setting up minicamp tryouts with the Cleveland Browns and the Jacksonville Jaguars, per his agent. Could be an opportunity at one to get a rookie deal.

Matt Eaton - Green Bay Packers
After passing on Hakeem Butler in the draft, the Packers decided to bring another Cyclone receiver on board to pair with Allen Lazard in Matthew Eaton. The 6’4” receiver will have a chance to compete for a roster spot in an offense that needs another primary receiving threat.
#Packers have signed Iowa St. wide receiver Matt Eaton as an undrafted free agent. Eaton is 6-4, 209, ran 4.64 40-yard dash at his pro day, had a 34-inch vertical and lifted 225 pounds 10 times.
