NCAA Football: Alamo Bowl-Iowa State vs Washington State Soobum Im-USA TODAY Sports

Now that the Iowa State football roster appears to be set, we took a look at the 2019 football schedule, and talk about which games are the most important to the Cyclones on their quest to breaking the school record for wins in a season.

Next, we talked about some of the most likeable and hateable players in pro sports in light of the some of the NBA’s star players seeming to drift towards one or the other. James Harden is a great example as some have grown tired of some of his antics, while others are enthralled with his scoring. Who are your most loveable and hateable players?

Finally, Cole has been reading a book called The Five Second Rule, which explains a strategy for helping start doing something you’ve wanted to make a habit, or break an old one. Cole has been using it to start waking up earlier, and has seen success so far. Levi and Marchie have decided to try it on their own. Levi’s going to use it to break his habit of looking at his phone when he’s bored, and Marchie is going to use it to try use to kick his sweet drink habit.

Are you going to try using the Five Second Rule? Let us know what for!
