NCAA Basketball: NCAA Tournament-First Round-Iowa State vs Nevada James Lang-USA TODAY Sports

Recently, the NCAA voted to change a few rules in college basketball, most notably moving the three point line back to the international distance of 22’-1 3/4”. We talked about how the various rule changes might affect Iowa State and the rest of the Big 12.

Then, we talked about Iowa State football’s nonconference schedule for the next decade. With home-and-home series scheduled with Ohio, UNLV, Arkansas State, Bowling Green, and Tulane, should Iowa State be scheduling more difficult opponents in nonconference?

There are still openings in the schedule starting in 2025, so who should Iowa State go after for a hone-and-home series? What about a neutral site game?
