Ah, Farmageddon, everyone’s favorite rivalry and least favorite game to watch.
How we all expected the game to go:
How it actually went:
That quick first score got things stated nicely.
And then they scored again easily.
And again.
And again.
And again.
It was 35-0 at halftime.
Yet Cyclone fans wanted more points.
While the offense only gave us 10, the defense took care of things nicely.
The ISU defense was a 3 and out, tackle for loss, fumble forcing machine.
Kansas State was held to less than 150 yards of offense.
Brock Purdy was amazing and now has his swagger back.
Even Hunter Dekkers managed to find the end zone.
Remembering that Courtney Messingham was calling the plays for the K-State offense was the icing on the cake.
In all, it was an utterly dominating performance over Purple Kansas
