Jaylin Noel has signed with Iowa State this morning. The 3-star wide receiver from Kansas City, MO was one of Iowa State’s top targets in the class. His recruitment came down to Iowa State and Nebraska and the good guys got their man. Noel held offers from Iowa, Nebraska and Kansas.
