With the NCAA Tournament canceled, players have begun transferring if they choose. The transfer market is now going to affect Iowa State in a negative way. Zion Griffin will be transferring from Iowa State, leaving a scholarship open.

Griffin was part of the 2018 class that included Tyrese Haliburton, Talen Horton Tucker and George Conditt. Griffin was a four star recruit out of high school and just could never seem to crack minutes in the lineup during his time at Iowa State. Now Steve Prohm will have to fill another spot on a team looking for some talent.
Stay tuned to WRNL as the basketball off season takes shape for Iowa State.
