This week on The Night Cap, we had the privilege of talking with former Cyclone linebacker Jake Knott. We talked about his time at Iowa State, including his favorite moments and games, and maybe the best recruiting story you’ve ever heard.
But after telling those stories, Jake took a few minutes to talk about his struggles with life after football, addiction, and finding the help he needed to turn his life around and make it to the great place he’s in today. His is a story of redemption and triumph over adversity that you should absolutely take some time to listen to.
