Last Time Out

On Wednesday, the Cyclones played the No.4 in the country Iowa Hawkeyes and fell 67-58. This game showed a lot of promise for the young Cyclone team, including double doubles from two freshman Audi Crooks and Addy Brown. The game was tied at half and the Clones had the lead 55-54 at one point in the final quarter.

No one likes moral victories, but there was a lot to be excited about and to build on from the most recent outing. The Cyclones will look to get back in the win column tonight.

About NDSU

North Dakota State comes into the game 4-5, with their most recent game being a 77-66 loss to the Drake Bulldogs. Prior to the Drake meeting, the Bison had back to back wins dropping over 90 in both games against Eastern Michigan and Mayvillest. Their other wins on the year came against Jamestown and North Colorado.

Opponent Player to Watch

Senior Heaven Hamling leads the team in both points per game with 13.1 and rebounds with 5.1. She is shooting an effective 37.9% from deep on the year, and is coming off a 15 point 4 steal performance against Drake. Look for Hamling to make an impact on both ends of the court tonight.

What Will Happen

The Cyclones dominate the boards and get to the free throw line, as they grab another for the W column.

Iowa State - 85

North Dakota State - 72

  1. Jalynn Bristow scores in double figures
